October Events in Bellevue

October 3rd, 2020 by

October is here and that means a new month filled with some great events. Bellevue will be hosting many that are great for friends and family to enjoy. Some may be virtual and some may be in person, but they all still live up to our claim that everything’s BETTERinBELLEVUE! Here’s a list of some of the events happening in our area this month!

Day of the Dead at the Drive-In

If you’re looking for some spooky family-fun to celebrate this month, the Day of the Dead at the Drive-In is the event to attend! Taking place at Vasa Park Resort on October 10, a movie will be played in the field behind the events center. A concession stand will be available, so make sure to bring your mask and stay socially distanced from other event-goers. Donations are greatly appreciated to cover the costs of holding this event! The gates will open at 5:45PM with the movie starting at approximately 6:30PM, so make sure to get there on time to secure a good spot and grab a bite to eat!

Solarium in Hilton, Bellevue

This event is a great one for those who love art! Taking place on October 15 from 6:00PM to 8:30PM, Solarium will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to paint “Sunflower on Wood”. Paint supplies, brushes, and gloves will be provided at the event, but if you want an easel or apron, you’ll have to bring your own. Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the event as well if you ever get the craving for a mid painting snack! Make sure to bring your mask as this event will require you to wear it upon arrival.
